How to use Marketplace

You can download Music, Games, Apps, Wallpapers and Videos from Marketplace using your Internet or mobile data connection.

Once you have purchased new content, it will appear in your My Account page.

Downloading digital content

Some applications can harm you or your device. We recommend you only download from trusted sources, like Marketplace.

When downloading applications from Marketplace you may be prompted to 'download from unknown sources' and it is safe to do so.

Downloading Albums

  • Purchase an Album within the Albums section.
  • Once the Album has been purchased, each track will become available to download separately.
  • Download each track one at a time for a faster downloading speed.

Prevent accidental or unwanted purchases

Authentication settings apply only to the device where you add them. To turn authentication on or off, follow the steps below:

  1. Open up your phones Settings.
  2. Go to Security.
  3. Tick or un-tick Unknown Sources.

Purchasing and Downloading

Installing or purchasing apps and digital content

  1. Choose an item.
  2. Select the items Price and select Download.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions. You may need to turn on your Authentication Setting.
  4. Your downloaded item will be stored within your deviceís download folder.

Download troubleshooting

When you download paid or free content on Marketplace, the item(s) are connected to your Marketplace My Account. This means you can reinstall downloaded apps to new or reset devices without purchasing them again.

Review app permissions (Install apps from unknown sources)

  2. Go into Security.
  3. Tick or un-tick Unknown Sources.

Your Account, and Passwords

How to sign in/verify your account

  1. Touch an item ís price or select My Account in the menu option.
  2. Verify your account by entering your mobile number.
  3. You will receive a code via text message. Open your message and copy the code to the verify box within Marketplace.
  4. Once your SMS code has been verified you will be able to download from Marketplace.
  5. Note: All content from Marketplace has been cleared of any harmful bugs and is safe to download. If you come across a message that refers to Unknown Sources, please tick yes to allow your download to proceed.

My Account - How to use

All purchased content and subscriptions will be available from your My Account page. You can choose to re-download your items at no extra cost and/or unsubscribe from a subscription service. You may be asked to verify your account again for security purposes.

View, re-download or cancel purchase

To view, re-download content and/or view your subscriptions please go to your My Account page. To cancel a purchase, please contact our Support team. To unsubscribe from a service, please go to your My Account page and/or contact our Support team.

Refunds and Returns

For refunds and returns, please contact our Support team.

Report unauthorized charges

If you have incurred an unauthorized charge, please contact our Support team.

Problems with content (in-app purchases, music track broken, video screen blank)

Please go to your My Account page and try re-downloading your item(s). If the error persists, please contact our Support team.
